"I can not begin to enumerate the ways in which Ralph Twombly and his team at Priority Learning have helped us at Downeast Energy and Building Supply over the past several years. At a time when competition is getting tougher and tougher, it is imperative that the bar for customer service gets higher and higher. Ralph has been with us at every step as we attempt to do just that". Read More...

What Is Organizational Development?

Organizational Development (OD) by our definition is the positive growth and development of organizations (companies) using the ability and willfulness of those organizations’ people and various groups.  Vital companies move forward each day against the competition, while improving the quality of the work they do, gaining financially, serving customers or clients, and enhancing the lives of employees and being good citizens in their communities.  This is a lot of work for companies and it cannot be done without the dedication and good work of people.

What We do!

Priority Learning is an Organizational Development company focused on the people aspect of work.  Leaders, employees, customers, clients, vendors and stakeholders are all part of the success or failure of an organization.  The work of designing, delivering and following up on state-of-the-art facilitation, training, coaching and development to each of these groups is what Priority Learning specializes in.

Why We Work As Organizational Developers.

How we know that we meet our clients’ expectations.  Here’s what one of our clients wrote:
“ I cannot begin to enumerate the ways in which Ralph Twombly and his team at Priority Learning have helped us at Downeast Energy and Building Supply over the past several years. At a time when competition is getting tougher and tougher, it is imperative that the bar for customer service gets higher and higher. Ralph has been with us at every step as we attempt to do just that.

We began our relationship with Priority Learning in 2003 with a 32- hour customized training program for our entire building materials group. The group consisted of retail store employees, drivers, sales advisors and senior managers. Ralph quickly connected with the whole group and over the course of a few months, delivered a repertoire of skills ranging from basic customer service, to dealing with difficult customers, to sales and education.
Ralph works very closely with me and a steering committee to ensure that all modules of every program are relevant and customized to Downeast Energy. Graduates emerge better, stronger employees and managers and report that the learning has given them skills and attributes that enhance not just what they do at work, but help steer their own personal growth.

I do not consider Ralph and his team a vendor, but rather a partner in developing stronger employees able to provide the best customer service which in turn helps Downesast survive and grow.”

  • Personalized training and development for people at all levels in the organization
  • Team enhancement
  • Skills building for all people

  • Building onto and development of performance management systems
  • Organizational change initiatives

We are easy to contact and we have a simple process to get started.  People tell us it is so easy to get started on any of our processes.  Some folks may think that what we do as organizational developers is complicated and expensive, yet it is neither.  The simple answer is to call or e-mail us to start that conversation.  It will not cost a penny to talk to us and we can help by asking the right questions to see if we are a good choice for what you need.
