Needs Analysis
A needs analysis is a diagnostic document that is arranged by category and taken by key people in an organization to assess the need for training and development or both. It is a beginning point in the development of a plan to grow the skills and behaviors of leaders or employees. It outlines the strengths and challenges that every company faces and wants to improve upon. Once complete, it should provide the basis for a comprehensive plan to improve performance. We have recently updated the Needs Analysis process. You no longer have to take it on all 16 workshop categories. You may choose to only take it on the categories you are interested in.
