Leadership/Management Group Assessment

The Leadership/Management Group Assessment is designed to help us evaluate what training and development would most benefit your organization. In order to determine specific leadership needs in the organization, we are asking you to score two columns in regard to each statement representing seven categories. These statements are formulated from leadership skills and behaviors within the seven categories and we need you to be completely candid about your perceptions. The analysis is anonymous and we are interested in what you perceive your needs to be, in addition to determining your current effectiveness within your organization.

As you read each statement, please rate the Current Effectiveness (1 is low and 5 is high) in the left column and then rate the Importance in the right column for each of the 28 statements. This should take no longer than 20 minutes. By doing this, we gain insight to evaluate what your organization is good at and its need for becoming even better in certain categories. There are a total of seven categories, which are: Coaching, Communication, Competence, Credibility, Negotiations, Staff Development, and Visioning.
