What is the level of commitment by the individual? Each participant will be expected to complete four two-day programs specifically designed for their needs in one year.
Each participant will be expected to complete one major project related to the learning from all four sessions and present that project to their boss or other representatives from their organization.
Each participant will receive personal coaching on each element of learning between sessions from a professional Priority Learning Coach.
What does each person get by being a part of the PLT program?

How do we build a custom track for each person?
Each leader needs a way to develop based on their current skills and behaviors and in alignment with what the organization needs. Additionally, individuals need to learn what will be of most benefit to their careers in the future. We developed a unique, customized approach to leadership training and development that is personally designed for each individual. We use three factors to determine a track for development.
Needs analysis. . .
Each person who participates in the PLT can take a Needs Analysis on-line that aids us in determining potential areas for development.
Gather wishes from the boss. . .
We talk to each participant's boss prior to building the tracks to ensure that we are building a plan that is in accordance with the organization's needs.
Listen to the participant. . .
Finally, we talk to the person who will complete the training to determine their wishes and goals. This is where we begin to pull all three elements together for a plan.
