Advanced Coaching is the continuation of the art and science for experienced coaches interested in taking their coaching skills to the next level. Develop deeper levels of listening, practicing intuition and inquiry skills, and fine tuning feedback through open and closed behaviors while re-building a plan for success.

Advanced Coaching Objectives:

  • Experience the next level of Transformational Coaching using better listening tools and process.
  • Develop an environment that encourages growth based on strong past behavior and future potential.
  • Help other people develop through the interview process.
  • Draw on personality theory to understand temperament and resistance points.
  • Create common ground with any person being coached on any topic.
  • Disarm positional thinking that makes any coaching experience a competition.
  • Understand the real power in coaching leverage.
  • Use some negotiations tactics to help you coach.
  • Learn the art of real feedback (giving and receiving).
  • Practice your new skills and behaviors in role plays and case studies as well as real coaching events.
  • Create an action plan to execute back on the job.
