Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is the study and practice of looking at the positives in people and organizations as a way to make improvements. AI teaches people to look at the things that work and to do more of them as a cultural norm. We have learned that focusing on what works will carry organizations farther toward making improvements for the future. EI is the mental ability we are born with, which gives us our emotional sensitivity and our potential for emotional learning - skills that can help us maximize our long-term health, happiness, and survival. Good EI makes for great leaders and plays a very important role, both personally and professionally.

AI & EI Objectives:

  • Experience Emotional Literacy and Fitness and examine your current EI quotient.
  • Build on your foundation of Emotional Depth and Emotional Opportunity and experience and build on the Primal Leadership Model.
  • Learn from other leaders and potential leaders in regard to their experiences, ideas, and goals and build a plan to grow personally with your organization and in your personal life.
  • Use transformation and tranaction change technology to make EI and AI more effective.
  • Experience the power of Appreciate Inquiry and determine the applicability of AI mindsets at your organizaiton.
  • Participate in a discussion to examine the components of AI feedback.
  • Develop an environment that encourages growth based on strong past behavior.
  • Practice the interview AI process, pull all the learning together, and create an action plan.
