The secret to learning how to be a Change Agent is not in your title or spot on the O-Chart. The secret to creating a Change Agent is understanding and making the five-elements - Change Statements, Management of the Change, Flexibility for People, Gaining Commitment and, Measuring Results - happen through the people involved.

Being A Change Agent Objectives:

  • Understand change.
  • Learn to identify resistance.
  • Learn the 4-part dynamic of change.
  • Choose a project and walk it through all 4 stages, learning what to do at each new phase.
  • Involve others without letting go of your vision.
  • Learn the format for great proposals and presentations.
  • Help others succeed through your experience. Receive a great reference workbook.
  • Create an action plan and make a real difference!
