Leadership Style and Workplace Mastery combines the best of people skills for leaders and personality theory. Through two days of activities, we introduce participants to their style and weave that style through the many components of mastery. Those areas include problem solving (like you have never seen before), situational leadership theory, participative management, stress control, feedback, relationship building at three levels, and execution behaviors. The workshop is designed for vital leaders, from the CEO to the line supervisor, in typical Priority Learning fashion with a heavy emphasis on executable skills and behaviors that are meant to be continued back in the workplace after the workshop. .
