This program is for all project managers, leaders, and folks who have challenges organizing their time. Being organized is not just a pretty organizational system. Managing yourself, your tools and your area are critical success practices for all aspiring leaders. Come with us and learn the art of personal organization by managing your calendar, daily and weekly activities, projects, and piles of paper. We also offer many tips to help projects succeed. Learn how to time activate a project from beginning to end, while holding people accountable and reaching your deadlines. Each participant will be able to schedule a date to meet with a PL coach after the workshop to help transfer the learning back on the job within two weeks of attending this program.

Personal Organization and Project Management Objectives:

  • Learn the right way to use your calendar with Outlook or paper system.
  • Manage and prioritize activities on a daily basis and set personal and business goals.
  • Build a strong communication system.
  • Time activate all primary, secondary, and tertiary dates and tasks and one touch the paper that comes to you while working from a clear space.
  • Lower stress, increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience the theory of great project management and learn to Mind Map to plan your projects.
  • Use your organizational system to manage meetings.
  • Build milestone markers.
  • Design project management communication plans.
  • Complete job closings and build personal PR plans.
