Long ago people reminded us that the best practices are the core practices. This workshop includes a self-assessment and practical application for the basics. It offers a wide variety of tools, which include visibility, visioning, decision making, motivation, advocacy, and much more. This program is one of our most popular for new supervisors. It is full of tips and techniques plus we usually get more ideas from the audience in addition to our own Priority Learning ideas!

  • Identify and build the model for ideal supervision.
  • Learn your personal aptitude for the art of supervision.
  • Learn and apply the losses and emotions of change in decision making.

  • Practice the art of participation in decision making that is appropriate in your organization.
  • Build a vision for your organization and practice goal setting.
