This is a program for team leaders and potential team leaders who plan on leading a team to excellence. This program offers the core skills of what to do with a team, which includes a team-based conflict resolution process, ways to develop unified goals, and ideas to gain commitment on the team. From novice to expert, this program is full of tools and techniques which can be applied immediately back on the job.

Team Leadership Objectives:

  • Experience the dynamics of moving from a group of people to a team of influence.
  • Gain mastery over the tool kit that helps make great team leaders.
  • Build a sure strategy to transform their current teams to what they need and want.
  • Learn to take a team from adequate performance to high achievement.
  • Revitalize a team that is tired and in the coast mode.
  • Create a team charter.
  • Develop and implement effective feedback methodology.
  • Apply best practices of formal communication (i.e., written, electronic, and presentation skills), and build a set of guidelines for team leaders regarding their use.
  • Learn and practice effective team meeting skills and practice problem solving technologies.
  • Apply the latest diagnostics for teams and prepare leaders to use them.
