Update from Priority Learning

'Tis the season to be thankful!! We appreciate you and wish you the best during this holiday season!!

We are (finally) setting up more workshops in 2022 – the schedules will be posted on our website. We’ve delayed because we wanted to make sure people would sign up and to eliminate the postponements due to outbreaks.

We will offer another Associate POP and Direct Managers Series as well as an Influence Leaders Series…we will send the information in December.

We will be enlisting ideas from the executives that we work with to ask them if a Leadership Networking/Forum would be feasible. We have found in the past that our Executive Series has resonated greatly and inspired all who have experienced the energy of getting the top levels of an organization together discussing business, presenting their expertise, and finding new ways to deal with the issues of the day…more to come on this as we will be sending a quick survey to make this happen.

Lastly, the next article is the intro to Ralph’s soon-to-be published book about culture in organizations…hope you enjoy the reading!!!!

Magic – What is in this book?

Organizational culture building is here to stay for so many reasons but the most important is that it creates business that people love to work at. Simply put; this is what people want and in return, they will give you all they have. 

What lies ahead is a journey of twenty-five years and many, many clients. You will hear about the structure to build culture, the reasons to create culture and what you can expect culture to do for your organization and its people.

Much of this title comes from the discussions we have with clients who insist that “Culture is Magic.” While I have always wanted to possess the magical touch, alas, what they insist is magic is very simply building business that align with feelings of ownership, empowerment, trust, and quality leadership.
